Usually, higher quality imported wood pulp is required for producing higher quality products; Mid range products can choose domestic ordinary wood pulp, while low-end products can choose short fiber pulp such as bagasse pulp, straw pulp, bamboo pulp, reed pulp, and selected white paper edge. To achieve reasonable utilization of raw materials and reduce costs, different pulp types can be matched according to different product requirements. Among them, the action of foaming pulp and hydraulic turbine pulping machine makes the fibers saponify and improve their fiber binding ability; The addition of relevant auxiliary materials is to improve the humidity resistance of pulp tableware molding and the waterproof performance of the finished product. Specific related auxiliary materials can be added to prepare the slurry, and finally the concentration of the original slurry can be adjusted horizontally to reach about 2%, in order to facilitate the dehydration molding of the original slurry on the mesh mold.
