The mixing ratio of sugarcane pulp and bamboo pulp also varies depending on the customer's requirements for the product. Firstly, soak sugarcane pulp and bamboo pulp in a hydraulic pulp crusher in different proportions for about 5 minutes. Then, start the hydraulic pulp crusher for crushing and dissolving. Dilute the crushed pulp in the mixing tank, add oil proof and waterproof agents during the dilution process, and mix the pulp evenly with the mixing tank mixer. Then, pump the diluted pulp into the supply tank with a pulp pump and continue stirring. This completes the pulping process.
The slurry in the slurry tank is transported to the molding machine of the disposable environmentally friendly paper mold automatic production line through the slurry supply pipeline by a slurry pump. The moisture in the slurry is removed by vacuum filtration on the molding machine, allowing the fibers in the slurry to adsorb onto the forming wire mesh, forming a wet embryo. The wet embryo and wire mesh are manually transferred to the hot pressing shaping machine, and the moisture in the wet embryo is squeezed out using a hot pressing mold at a temperature of about 230 and a pressure of about 15 tons, And dry the wet embryo to form a semi-finished product.
Transfer the finalized semi-finished product to the edge cutting position and remove excess edge materials using a cutting blade on the edge cutting machine.
After trimming, the products are transferred to the inspection process, and the inspector inspects them according to the customer's standards. Products that do not meet the customer's requirements are picked out, and products that meet the requirements are transferred to the disinfection and packaging process. UV disinfection machines are used for disinfection. The disinfected products are packaged in a closed sterile packaging room and stored in the warehouse.
