Plant fiber molded products, also known as pulp molded products, are mainly used in the field of food packaging, also known as meal bags, and industrial packaging, also known as work bags. In fact, the process of pulp molding is essentially a three-dimensional papermaking, and its application fields are not only limited to meal bags and work bags. For example, pulp molded three-dimensional wallpaper belongs to the field of building spring installation, pulp molded cow stoppers and sheep stoppers belong to the field of animal husbandry, and pulp molded hangers and shoe liners belong to the field of clothing and shoe making. Pulp molded products cross industry boundaries.
However, currently pulp molded products mainly include meal bags and work bags, and belong to biodegradable plant fiber molded environmentally friendly packaging products. Pulp molded meal bags, also known as eco-friendly food packaging products, are biodegradable plant fiber molded eco-friendly food packaging containers, mainly including meal boxes, instant noodle bowls, plates, cups, plates, clean vegetable preservation plates, etc.
Biodegradable plant fiber molded eco-friendly packaging products are three-dimensional paper products made from fast-growing plant fiber paperboard (sugarcane bagasse, wheat straw, bamboo, etc.) or recycled paper waste, using unique processes and specialized additives. After special treatment, the paperboard material is poured into a three-dimensional mold, which is then vacuum dehydrated to produce various shaped blanks. These three-dimensional paper products are then molded onto a specialized mold.

2, Quality standards
The quality standards for pulp molded meal bags are in accordance with the General Technical Standards for Disposable Degradable Catering Utensils. The pulp molded tableware production line mainly follows the industry standards of the Pulp (Plant Fiber) Moulded Disposable Catering Utensils Production Line, which was released on July 9, 2014 and implemented on November 1, 2014.
To meet the quality requirements for product export, the products of this project should also comply with the food packaging hygiene standards of the US FDA, European SGS, and Japan's Ministry of Health.
3, Main application areas of the product
Pulp molded environmentally friendly packaging products are a widely used new type of green packaging material, which has a wide range of applications in the inner and outer packaging of many industries such as food, agriculture, household appliances, medical and health products, industrial building materials, military industry, and so on.
(1) Environmentally friendly food packaging
In addition to fast food utensils, many semi-finished, cooked, and convenience foods can use environmentally friendly packaging, such as clean vegetable trays, instant noodle bowls, etc. Environmentally friendly packaging products are not only convenient and fast to use, but also clean, hygienic, recyclable, and meet the requirements of environmental protection and human health. The use of environmentally friendly paper-based materials in food packaging has become an international practice.
(2) Packaging of environmentally friendly medical and health products
The biggest problem with the use of traditional medical equipment is incomplete disinfection and the risk of cross infection. If we switch to environmentally friendly products from this project, such as disposable trays, spittoons, bedpans, body cushions, and splints, not only can we avoid disinfection and save labor, but their waste can also be directly incinerated, which is non-toxic and has no side effects, bringing many conveniences to medical care.
(3) Packaging of environmentally friendly household appliances and daily necessities
At present, the vast majority of electrical products in China use foamed plastic as the lining material. However, the import of such packaging materials has been banned from foreign countries, and China's lining packaging must follow the path of "replacing plastic with paper". Pads made of paper mold materials not only have the characteristics of plasticity and strong buffering force, but also have a simple production process and will not cause environmental pollution. This type of product has strong adaptability and huge production potential.
(4) Packaging of environmentally friendly industrial building materials
The inner and outer packaging materials and building materials required for industrial products must have high strength and compressive stress, while others must have moderate flexibility and elasticity to adapt to various requirements such as gravity impact and pressure. Due to the physical strength and characteristics of plant fibers themselves, environmentally friendly industrial building materials packaging materials with paper molds have significant advantages in stiffness, tensile strength, tear strength, bending strength, and anti-static protection. Can be widely used in strong transportation packaging, industrial product liners, fragile product partitions, plant fiber environmentally friendly ceilings, and other aspects.
(5) Environmentally friendly military and special product packaging
Military products are afraid of collision, static electricity, and moisture. Therefore, extreme caution is required in their packaging, transportation, and storage. The paper mold material produced in this project has strong plasticity, can be moisture-proof and anti-static. If special additives are added, it can also prevent shallow radiation. It is used as a packaging liner for ammunition, explosives, gunpowder and other items, which can greatly reduce the risks in military management.
In addition, environmentally friendly packaging materials for paper molds can also have different professional properties, including water resistance (moisture resistance), oil resistance (thermal insulation), anti-static performance, and shallow radiation resistance, by adding different additives and applying the adhesive process inside the paper. This can greatly expand the use of environmentally friendly packaging materials for paper molds.
