Degradable tableware refers to the biochemical reaction that can be in the natural environment microorganisms (bacteria, mold, algae) and enzymes under the action, thus causing the appearance of mildew to internal quality change, and eventually into carbon dioxide and water tableware.
Therefore, according to the different tableware materials, biodegradable tableware can be divided into two types: one is tableware made of natural materials, such as paper tableware, bagasse tableware, starch tableware, straw tableware, rice shell tableware and other biodegradable tableware, also known as environmental tableware; the other is plastic as the main component, supplemented by starch, photosensitivity and other substances made.
Obviously, tableware made from natural materials is more environmentally friendly, easier to obtain, less cost, and feels better and healthier than plastic tableware, which is a great alternative to disposable plastic tableware. Using biodegradable cutlery can slow down the pollution of the earth.
