The manufacturing process of cane bagasse tableware
1.Raw material collection and pretreatment:
Collect the fiber residue after sugarcane sugar production, screen and remove the impurities mixed in it, such as stones, metals, etc., and then rinse the bagasse with a large amount of water through the cleaning equipment to remove the residual sugar, soil and other substances, so as to avoid affecting the subsequent processing and product quality.
2.Pulping
The cleaned bagasse is sent to the cooking equipment, and chemicals (such as sodium hydroxide, sodium sulfide, etc.) are added for high-temperature and high-pressure cooking, so that the fibers in the bagasse are fully separated; Then, through the refiner, the cooked material is ground into a fine and uniform pulp to achieve a fiber state suitable for molding.
3.Molding
Mix the pulp with appropriate additives (such as waterproofing agents, adhesives, etc.) to improve the performance of tableware; Using compression molding technology, the mixed pulp is put into a specific mold and molded into different shapes of
tableware such as bowls, plates, spoons, forks and so on under a certain pressure and temperature.
4.Drying:
The water content of the tableware after molding is high, and it is necessary to remove the excess water through the hot air drying equipment or drying room, so that the water content of the tableware can be reduced to a suitable range (generally 8%-12%), so as to enhance the hardness and strength of the tableware, and facilitate subsequent processing and storage.
5.Shaping and surface treatment:

6.Disinfection and sterilization:

7.Quality inspection:
