Sugarcane bagasse is a renewable resource, and tableware made from it is naturally biodegradable (breaking down in 3-6 months), making it more environmentally friendly compared to plastic, which takes hundreds of years to decompose. Additionally, the carbon emissions during its production process are lower.

Can sugarcane bagasse tableware be completely decomposed? What conditions are required for its decomposition?
It is completely biodegradable and requires a rapid decomposition in an industrial composting environment (high temperature, high humidity, and microbial action); decomposition time will be prolonged in home composting or natural environments, but it will ultimately degrade into water and carbon dioxide.

How To Make A Six-inch Hamburger Box Using Sugarcane Pulp?
The regenerated bagasse material is the first step in the production of biodegradable bagasse tableware. First, the sugarcane pulp board and bamboo pulp board are mixed with water in a ratio of 7:3 and pulped, then injected into the mold for a six-inch hamburger box. The manufacturing process is completed through multiple hot-pressing molds.
